USICG assisted a large privately held ESOP client in its transition to becoming publicly traded. To help address the concerns of thousands of participants, USICG's ESOP-focused call center fielded calls from several thousand participants over two to three months.

As part of this process, USICG coordinated a comprehensive communication effort to inform ESOP participants about the change, how it would impact the ESOP, and how it would affect distributions from the plan. Additionally, USICG utilized it’s streamlined online distribution election system to process over 425 distribution elections electronically in a unique 30-day election period.
